I feel her fear as I approach that almost helpless body on a bench, her legs up in the air, held by steel chains. Her fear mixes with a desire to offer her private parts to her mistress, and I can feel this mixture in the air. I reach for my cold steel medical tools, and the inspection begins. She does not see me, which makes her even more nervous.
